Man, Largo really reminds me of me. Check out today's MT for an idea of what I mean.

On to other news, have made dinner! Or at least prepped dinner for the next couple of days. What went into my first frenetic food foray?
Well:
4 large onions
1 Green Pepper
8oz of mushrooms (about 2-3 handfuls- say 12 mushrooms?)
3 slices of ham
1 clove of garlic

all the above fried well (and people do say it smells good) in extra virgin olive oil (because the thought of using enough butter to cook all that made me sick).

Add to linguine in alfredo sauce (I admit I guesstimated the amount in "1 1/2 cups of milk" but it sorta looks alright.) and that's dinner.

Some worries:
How long does white sauce keep in the fridge?
What am I going to do with the whipping cream I have now that I made the sauce from the packet instead of from the recipe?
Mushroom juice. I have a lot of mushroom juice sloshing in the other stuff. Makes it a little soggy. =(

In other news, I now have a cell. Poke me on IM for my number, people who might want to call me.
